Nancy Rotenberg In-Memoriam
posted Sep 4, 2011

NANPA and the world lost a valued friend and photographer on Friday evening, August 27, 2011, when Nancy Rotenberg succumbed to a long battle with cancer. Nancy was an incredible photographer who shared her gift with hundreds, if not thousands of people. Her influence was such that her particular type of photography became known, to some photo editors, as the Nancy Rotenberg-style. There were many who copied her, but none who could match her persona - someone whose positive energy was so infectious that you couldn't help but share in her peacefulness and light when in her presence.

For more on Nancy's life, her parting words, or to donate to the Nancy Rotenberg Student Endowment Fund, please see her tribute page.
